"Jean has been a tremendous asset in helping us to be a trauma-informed organization. Her passion and knowledge of trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) has enabled us to understand more deeply the whole person showing up to provide care to residents and how to best support the resilience of those individuals. Jean has made a significant impact on my career and is a true partner who wants to support the best interest of the organization, leaders and front line workforce."
